The Son of Hazrat Dawood عليه السلام, not only was he the Prophet but also the King of Israel. He had wisdom and sound intellect since childhood. The Quran mentions an example where Sulaiman AS resolved one complicated case which came in front of his father Dawud AS and he was witnessing the event. In that case, Sulaiman AS proved his extraordinary ability to make a fair judgement. Once Sulaiman AS was put on a test(fitnah) by Allah(SWT). After this, he repented and made a Dua to Allah(SWT) to be powerful and Allah granted him the power to blather to every kind of animals, acknowledge them. He could order movements of wind and furthermore, he could also see jin (the creature of Allah made by smokeless fire), Every other creature of Allah was scared by the prophet and, He thanked Allah for granting him special powers.

Inspirational Moral Story

“One time, Sulayman (A.S.) was trudging through a valley with his splendid army of jinn, men and birds. The army came to a valley that happened to be the residence of ants. Seeing this significant army, one ant said to the others, "Hide in your homes, before Sulayman (A.S.) and his army crush you under their feet!”

 Sulayman (A.S.) understood what the ant had said. He smiled to himself and thanked Allah for all the special gifts he had been given.

Good Moral Story

“And when We decreed death for him, nothing showed his death to them save a creeping creature of the earth which gnawed away his staff. And when he fell the jinn saw clearly how, if they had known the Unseen, they would not have continued in despised toil.” ﴾14﴿

Masjid Al-Aqsa was first built by Adam (A.S.). After ages of years, it was rebuilt by Prophet Ibrahim (A.S.) After many generations, it once again fell to demolition. When Prophet Dawud (A.S.) became King of Jerusalem, he began to rebuild the Masjid but died before it was concluded. Sulayman (as) and his army of helpers continued Dawud (A.S.)’s work and finalized rebuilding the blessed Masjid. Whilst he was rebuilding Masjid al-Aqsa, Sulayman (A.S.) made a special dua to Allah and asked for three things: First, he asked to be wise, so that whatever decision he made between people who were arguing, Allah would be pleased.

The rebuilding of the Masjid continued. Sulayman (A.S.) also built the Dome of the Rock, which is a beautiful building with a golden dome, opposite Masjid al-Aqsa. As time passed on, Sulayman (A.S.) knew that his time in this world was coming to an end, and he tensed that the Masjid would abide deferred after he perished. One day, Sulayman (A.S.) leaned on his walking stick, watching the workers rebuild Masjid al-Aqsa. He was watching, Sulayman (A.S). But even though his soul was gone, Sulayman (A.S.) remained upright, propped up on his walking stick. No one(jinn) realised that Sulayman (A.S.) was no longer with them, and thinking that he still watched them, the workers continued to build. Eventually, ants began to eat away at the bottom of Sulayman (A.S.)’s strolling stick. The little ants ate and ate until the stick could not hold Sulayman (A.S,) up anymore. When the stick fell out of his hand, the great Sulayman (A.S.) fell to the ground.

[21:81]” And (We made subservient) to Sulaiman the wind blowing violent, pursuing its course by his command to the land which We had blessed, and We are the knower of all things”.

After being deceased not a single creature(jinn) came to know that the prophet has perished because they are agitated by him so they did not even make an effort to ask or flinch him while Prophet was standing on his stick still...The reason for this occurrence is Allah wanted to penalize the jinn because they used to listen to all the, well, try to listen to the conversation between Allah and his angels, and angels used to throw rocks at them and they accustomed that they were powerful and can do anything, Allah proved them confute by making his noble Prophet, brave and most powerful. He was the only prophet of Allah who could control jinn. He could order them and ask them to work and he could also penalize them.
“And among the jinn were those who worked for him by the permission of his Lord. And whoever deviated among them from Our command – We will make him taste of the punishment of the Blaze.”
 {Surah Saba; Ayat: 12}

They[Jinns] made for him what he willed of elevated chambers, statues, bowls like reservoirs, and stationary kettles. [We said], “Work, O family of David, in gratitude.” And few of My servants are grateful.
“And when We decreed for Solomon death, nothing indicated to the jinn his death except a creature of the earth eating his staff. But when he fell, it became clear to the jinn that if they had known the unseen, they would not have remained in humiliating punishment.”
 {Surah Saba; Ayat: 13-14}
In conclusion,

 Hazrat Sulaiman (A.S)since childhood was filled with wisdom,obedience and as he grew he asked Allah(SWT) to grant him power and abilities and Allah did what he asked for, therefore, after he, then supervised the creatures heard them and even control or punish the jinn. Every creature of Allah was terrified by him even Shaitan.
